Nice light bar

The good:
This light bar is easy to use and is built good. It's not light by any means, it is a bit heavier than lights of the same size made by other manufacturers. The stand is good quality and also a bit heavier than the competition makes... it's sturdy and not a flimsy piece of junk. It comes with a remote control and a foot switch that's easy to operate and you can add lights via 2 power outlets on the bar that you can cut off/on with the foot switch or the remote control. Can be run with a DMX controller for custom scenes and has Master/slave modes to daisychain multiple trees.
The bad:
The pouch on the case isn't big enough for the foot switch and the cables to fit in so I put my cables in the case with the stand. The zippers on the case suck so they're not going to last long. The stitching on the cases is also already starting to come apart and I've only had them at a few shows so far. I'm not rough on my gear when packing and transporting so if you're one of those that like to "throw and go" then these cases won't last you long at all. Nothing is really bad about light performance other than ADJ could learn a bit about sound activation. Every one of their products that I've tried responds too wildly to sound. Cutting sensitivity down doesn't seem to help keep these lights from creating nothing but "light noise" when in sound active mode.

Outstanding set

Very bright and easy to set up and work with..I set big ole pars on top for up lighting and use Dotz for downlighting the stage from behind the drummer. Ordering a second one as i type this...i am breathless with anticipation... Sturdiest light stand i have ever used , except ones that cost hundreds of dollars, wish they sold this stand seperately as my cheap Chauvet stands for mmy other lights are all stripped knobs and i have to use duct tape on them. NEVER buy a light stand that doesnt have insertable pins

Awesome

I'm a sound tech by trade and decided to add two of these systems for my setup. The 30 watt tri color LED par cans are also enhanced with a lens to project the light in a more manageable area on the stage. They are extremely bright and provide multiple colors from one LED. I never liked the pars that have a bunch of tiny LEDs so this unit has a more professional look. This unit also came with a wireless remote so it makes operation an easy set up to operate from FOH. The soft case provided for the lights are durable enough to be considered as a hard case. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a good lighting alternative. Well worth the money with all the accessories that come with the package.

Great light bar

For the money, I believe this is one of the best products of this type on the market. I've been a musician for 40+ years and a concert photographer for the last 10 years. Never ceases to amaze me that the venues I play or photograph shows at won't put out the small amount of money for decent lighting (or bands for that matter). These lights are extremely bright and with the diffuser on the lens puts a nice wash over the stage, unlike the LED style lights.
