Sweet water is great!

[Potential buyers] This device cannot use a timer. If you want this device to be used outside as part of a Halloween setup, that is not feasible. To produce fog, you must push a button attached to a remote. I wish it had clicked for me what it meant to have a manual push button. I thought all of these devices would work with a timer. Unfortunately, that's not the case, so now I'll have to buy a cheap unit from Spirit that can use a timer.

Sweetwater has the best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time. They made me wish that all business could be done this way. So much integrity.

Compact and what I needed

I wanted a small fog machine for small events at home, like halloween, friends having drinks, etc. Obviously I am using it for home so, the areas to cover are like a couple of rooms, not huge areas. The machine is small enough to easy clean, put it away in its box and ready for next time. The little bottle inside will give me for 4-5 times to use. So far, very happy with it. The remote is attached to it and it can't be extended like others neither has wireless connection (I knew it and I was happy with it)

The attention from the company was good (more than I was expecting) so I'd rate the whole purchase over 5*.

Unbeatable Product and Customer Support

I purchased this machine because of the brand. I KNOW it's good as we have used them before and needed one more for a new project. What I didn't know and found so refreshing was Sweetwaters customer support! The order was easily placed, and I had to go back and change the ship to address and never had to reenter my info! What a treat compared to other sites! Then, the very next morning, not only did I receive a ship confirmation email, but a personal phone call thanking me for my order, and to let me know it was on the way! I was impressed! My order arrived flawlessly the NEXT day and inside was another Thank You and a very sweet treat inside the package! I am not in the music industry and needed this fog machine for a dragon we are building for Halloween. I have ordered pieces and parts from other places for this project and NONE compare to Sweetwater for their level of customer service. You Guys have set the bar high for other companies! Keep it up!!

Good for the money

Puts out a moderate amount of fog for 26 seconds.
Then a 36 minute wait time to warm back up again.
Easy to use - just one button.
No DMX.

Great for a small room or just enough haze for a 20x15 stage.

This unit being used in a small club. For the price this unit does the job very well. Would recommend for smaller applications.....
