Stand the [BLEEP] back!!!

I'm using this with a Runt-20 head and it's easily the richest, fullest sound I've ever heard from a small enclosure! See my review of the Runt-20 head for a rundown of the entire setup, but after playing this cabinet side-by-side with a Mesa Boogie Rectifier 1x12 slant w/V-30, this cabinet sounds more like a 2x12 in comparison.

Don't get me wrong, the Boogie is awesome if you like V-30s, but I'm more into the G12M creamback tones. Also, the Friedman's bass response is crazy so be ready to dial it back while getting your sound. For those who are more inclined to warmer tones with huge bottom rather than the bite of V-30, the Friedman is the way to go. If you want V-30 bite in a 1x12 package, I recommend the Boogie or other alternatives.

Overall, this cabinet is a solid investment in an incredibly portable, huge-sounding package. Worth every cent!

Big sound, small package

I've owned this cab for a few years. I got tired of carrying 4x12s because getting old sucks. This cab is the perfect size and weight, closed-back design I was looking for. And the grill cloth is a gorgeous weave. I used it with my Runt 20 for a while, but now I use it with my Synergy rig and it just. Delivers. Crushing. Tones. It also sounds pretty great with cleans too. The Creamback speaker sounds great now that I've broken it in. I don't miss 4x12 cabinets. This cabinet can absolutely hang with a full band setup.

Wow!

Bought this just to use in small clubs with my guitar head. Figured it was a 1x12 and I would have to return it because I would miss the bass and low end of my Mesa and Marshall 4x12s. Nope. Does it sound like a 4x12? No but it does sound huge. Lots of throat, attack, bass, without any fizz. Ok maybe I need to take it back that it can't compete with a 4x12 because I had to turn my bass way down on my amp because this thing just kicks out low end. This sounds better than my cheap celestion 4x12s I use for studio monitoring or live gigs in dive bars. I am gobsmacked by how good this sounds. I went from thinking it was over priced to a true believer as soon as I plugged my amp into this cab.

Best cab I ever ownedj

Have owned this cabinet for a few years and now use it with my Boss Katana head and soon as an extension cabinet for my new Princeton Reverb from Sweetwater. I know using this cab with a Katana sounds ridiculous but trust me, it will make any amp sound great.

I have tried to replace it with other cheaper cabinets so I can spend the money on new gear but the sound is deep, round and full. Highs, lows, mids are all there with this cabinet.

It is worth every penny and I would need to replace it if disappears.

Great Cabinet

Love this cab. Bought it to use with my Kemper Powered Head for a more vintage look and sound. Super portable, great sound and look. Sounds massive, like a 2x12 with the portability of a tiny cab. Highly Recommend!
